Overview

When clients book a vacation through Imaginations Vacations by Katherine at Happily Ever After Travel, I will customize the vacation to fit each group's particular needs. This allows clients to concentrate of the fun portion of their vacation and leave the stress of the planning to me!

Services include:

  • Helping clients choose a vacation that best fits their group's preferences and budget

  • Booking the vacation package

  • Making reservations for dining, shows, and special events

  • Creating personalized itineraries

  • Monitoring current deals and discounts and adding them to the package when applicable

  • Ongoing consultation and troubleshooting possible difficulties before, during, and after the vacation

  • Doing whatever it takes to make the vacation memorable!

*Select services are included with certain vacation reservations. Services may require a separate service fee.

Vacation Packages

When booking a vacation package, I will gladly assist with all aspects of the package booked through me. Clients are welcome to book some portions of their trip independently, but I will not be able to assist with those portions of the trip.

Vacation packages may include:

  • Resort or hotel stay

  • Cruise vacation

  • Transportation (ground transportation, car rental, etc)

  • Theme park tickets

  • Additional experiences as requested

* Please note that clients may be responsible for booking their airfare, due to identification and documentation requirements.

 

How It Works

The first step is for you to contact me with your vacation request! You can do this by filling out a Quote Request, or by emailing me at katherine@heatravel.com. I will need the following information to get started:

  • Main contact, email address, and phone number

  • Traveling party - number of adults and children, with ages of children

  • Specific vacation dates

  • Vacation destination

  • Any specific requests

When I receive your vacation request, I will consult with you via email or phone, to ensure the most accurate proposal possible.

I will create the most accurate proposal possible, based on the information you give me. The first proposal is complimentary.

You will review the quote and decide which option is best for your family. I will then make the reservation and collect payment information to make the deposit. When possible, I will place a hold on the reservation and send you the confirmation to review before placing the deposit; when not possible, I will make the deposit and immediately send the confirmation.

If, for any reason, the first proposal does not meet your needs, any additional proposals will incur a fee of $25 each. This fee will be payable before each proposal.
